North Carolina or South Carolina State school for the Deaf?

I am the mother of a 2 y/o daughter who is HOH. We have a great School for the Deaf here in my home state of PA. However, we are looking into relocating to either NC or SC and I am looking for information from other parents and families about the schools there. Or if someone could direct me to anyone who would be able to give me more info? I have looked at the school websites but I'm looking for parent/famiy input.
