C-Nice I realize that you don't have any control over it but what you posted does NOT have captions in the video.
I saw this when it was on the Today Show on Channel 5 out of St. Louis, MO which is probably the closest station to where it happened. I had to grin at the captioning as it had him dead rather than deaf! That was probably a matter of automation used in producing the captions.
