Please guide me to a school appropriate for an oral-raised son who needs to be exposed to Deaf Culture. TC environment in Jr. high, regular classes with an interpreter in suburban (9th grade) high school. Has learned SEE, but is now learning ASL. He has been raised to be sensitive to all cultures, ethnic groups, creeds and abiliities to hear/not hear. reads at approximately 4th grade level. We have not been impressed with the quality of DeafEd no matter what discipline, and credit our own hard work with our dear son for the progress he's made. Thank you in advance.
