February 8, 2010 (PhysOrg.com) -- Charter schools continue to stratify students by race, class, and possibly language, and are more racially isolated than traditional public schools in virtually every state and large metropolitan area in the country.

I take it as they don't like Spanish, Native Americans, ASL, etc. Everyone must learn English.
 
How do they keep non-white kids out of the schools?

Where did it say that they don't "like" ASL?

Don't students have to learn English in all public schools?

Charter school includes deaf school doesn't it?

and yes, they learn English, but They would be behind other subjects if English is not their first language.
