Hello
how's everyone. Me? i'm doing great. I'm looking forward to have join in the forum or message board here. Since I'm new here, and I don't where to go ask for help, to get information from other member that has a cochlear implants with advanced bionic. any suggestion would help. My question now would be; have any of you had gotten your cochlear implant and say after two yrs have pass, you in need an upgrade to the next processor. and you've been told to have an upgrade, while that happened, you try to get with customer service at AB. to help you, but never respond your call or email?
Me and my wife have try for two yrs , after being told by me specialist that i was due for an upgrade. we call only to get pass over to four different people and we send out dozen or so emails and never got respond from them not even once. How would you go about this ?
