The suspect is being held on a attempted captial murder warrant, but is likely to face federal kidnapping charges, which carries a life sentence.

I saw this on the news and it's great news for the woman and her family !
The SOB should never had been out on the streets in the first place with his police record. I hope he rot in HELL!

What damn monster he is! I don't understand why the hell he was out in public when raped a 16 yo girl . and a 90 years old man could got to jail for feeding homeless people. The system is so messed up.
