Guess I should put myself up here too. I've been reading these forums for several months and have gotten alot of good information and help on some of the topics. I have always been hard of hearing and its progressed to severe/profound now and I have been approved for the CI implants. Will have the left ear implanted the beginning of February and I will say alot of alot of the information I was looking for was here posted by others that have the implants and helped me make my mind up to proceed.
