New ear molds

I got new ear molds and I love them..they fit so good...but a tiny part rubs on my upper ear..is there anything I can do to fix this? I really don't want a send them back cause they fit so great besides that tiny area like pea size...

I used sandpaper on mine. My upper part was causing me pain and had already been sent back 3 times.

You could do it yourself but you are not covered if you take too much off or anything like that

use a nail file and file down the small bit that's bothering your ear.
