New BA requirements for RID testing?

In 2012 hearing candidates must have a BA to sit for the performance testing for RID. A friend of mine has an AA in interpreting but no BA in sign offered in her state. Does she need a BA in ASL or just any BA since her AA is in ASL to take the test?
 
It's better for you to contact the RID agency and get the accurate information from there. They are the one who make all rules for any kind of exams.

The BA or BS does NOT have to be in sign language or interpreting; it can be ANY major.
