I think this is a great place for beginning interpreters (professional or otherwise!) who want to improve their voicing skills. The signing is very clear and easier to understand than many amateur signing videos. (Please note I have nothing against amateur signing videos; I just know that they can be rough for beginners!) Another good aspect for voicing practice is that there is more than one signer.
You can cover up the part of the screen that has the translation, and then refer to it if you get stuck or want to check your work.
Besides which, it's a really neat project to learn about!
