Need Resources for International Sign

I am interested in learning International Sign Language/Gestuno (Not sure which label is correct). I am looking into attending a conference overseas, in which International Sign Language will be the primary communication method. Does anyone know any resources/websites/products for sale to learn this? Thank you for any info on this.

Not sure about resources, but H3 does a lot of videos where they use International Sign. You can pick it up by watching them.
