If I understand correctly, when you connect the dlink vp everything works fine but when you connect the VP-200 you can not send or recieve calls. Is this correct? Remember that even though you have configured the vp-200 ip address to match the dlink, the MAC addresses will be different. Some ISP's provision by MAC address. Do you remember if you had to contact your ISP when you first connected the DLink VP? If the answer is yes, then you may have to contact them and provide the MAC address of the vp-200 in order to get your service provisioned to allow that VP on the internet. If you never contacted them and the DLink VP worked fine after it was setup, then I would suggest that it's a setting on the 2wire homeportal. Let me know if you had to contact your ISP to get your other VP working. Thanks
