need help for deaf sister-in-law very disoriented

hello, I'M here cuz I have a 24 year old sister-in-law she just moved to florida from NYC wea she went to school majoring in photography,well she is now hea in florida shes been here for a while and hasn't really gotten in touch with the deaf community. MY SIS-IN-LAW has BEEN LOOKING for a job but has had no luck ,I just want sum one to give me sum advice so I could help her out. I need info on jobs,organizations and goverment help for deaf people. THANKS WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE.
 
What part city she live, I used to live in Jacksonville and she can try work at disney world, I know some people who work there are happy and some people not expect and not happy because they are not looking for kind of field job.

You can contact Florida School for the Deaf and Blind to get some information. Hope someone here this member can help you out.

What about Deaf Starbuck meetings in Miami? They have those coffee socials at Starbuck's. I'm sure you can look it up online. Very nice of you to help your sis in law out.
 
You may want to contact Emanuel Sterlin in New York City. His email is emsterlin@aol.com. He has a Deaf Church there. Also, in Jersey City (suburb named Clifton) a man who works with the Deaf named Barry Krackow: krackbs@aol.com.

I work at Bill Rice Ranch in Tennessee. I am sorry that I cannot help with the job situation. We do have a week of camp here for Deaf Adults (next summer, July 22-26). Our Sign Language School is the same week.

N McConnell, smartprincess said that her sis in law moved TO Fla from NYC.. She is looking for deaf community IN Fla, not NYC.

smartprincess, like other said meeting deafies at starbucks. Does she have any friends live in Fla?? You didnt mention abt it.
