In this video, protesting members of the Navajo Nation literally chase Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) off of their reservation. McCain was running from their frustrated questions, demanding answers for the Senator’s decision to trade away land containing a Navajo sacred site to a foreign mining company. In addition, they are enraged by the slow response to the recent Gold King Mine spill, which has contaminated local drinking water with arsenic, lead, and mercury.

After declining to address the issues, McCain flees to his SUV while being pursued by chanting and drumming Navajo protesters. It’s a humbling moment for an outspoken man whose Native American constituents have called for him to be removed from the Senate Committee for Indian Affairs. “This man has no regard for human life. In his state alone the Navajo Hopi Land Dispute continues, tribes are losing their water rights, and over half the Navajo Nation now lives off the reservation” reads the letter. It is far past time Arizona elected itself a government that will fight for the rights of minorities.

IT'S ABOUT TIME!!

A part of my work now is helping Hindus and other Indians in India prevent this from happening to them.

I don't blame on Native Indians for their action and we are completely dissatisfied with federal government, including US Congress.

Well, I did not know that Senator McCain had problems with Navajo Nation. I thought it was EPA. It turn out Senator McCain was the one who was not helping any one, even minorities who need fresh waters. The land that was traded to the mining company which the Navajo Nation are very upset. I am glad that the Senator went out of their Navajo Nation. Navajo Nation is a very big land with the four corners of States (Arizona, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico). Shame on Senator McCain.

This is what I see needs to happen.

Americans need to own up to the reality of the theft of land, fauna, and flora of the Native Americans, as well as genocide and cultural destruction.

Next is what to do to address the inequity of the current situation. Disband the federal governments? Make ourselves go back to Europe and elsewhere? At least turn control of the lands back to the Native Americans and dismantle the European structure of land ownership?

We HAVE to go beyond what has been done so far.

By the way, did you know that the Declaration of Independence still says:

"He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions."

This is why I continue to say that America has NO LEG to stand on to even discuss immigration, borders, property ownership, NOTHING. America is built on ill-gotten gains, stolen from people.

Bold Statement: Do not believe everything the White government or other people said. They were not like that in any Native Nations, both USA and Canada. The White reporters and Writers made everything up in the newspapers and dime magazines to get White people all rile up about us. It is the same thing on movies making us look bad.

I don't think Senator McCain was on the committee with the Navajo Nation. I think he thought he had the right to come in the Navajo reservation and tell them what to do like controlling them. I think Senator McCain might have started with the EPA and was probably giving EPA to pollute the minerals from the abandon mines into the river. That was very outrageous. So now I think Senator McCain done wrong to them. Remember Senator McCain is a Arizona Senator attending his business in Washington, D.C.. Yeah, I don't much like him but he was a military veteran. **sigh** **shaking my head**
