NDU – Join The National Day Of Unplugging – March 7-8, 2014

"Do you have multiple cell phones? Take your ipad to the beach on vacation? Ever find it hard to get through a conversation without posting an update to Facebook? Is your computer always on?

We increasingly miss out on the important moments of our lives as we pass the hours with our noses buried in our iPhones and BlackBerry’s, chronicling our every move through Facebook and Twitter"

"If you recognize that in yourself – or your friends, families or colleagues— join us for the National Day of Unplugging, sign the Unplug pledge and start living a different life: connect with the people in your street, neighborhood and city, have an uninterrupted meal or read a book to your child.

The National Day of Unplugging is a 24 hour period – running from sundown to sundown – and starts on the first Friday in March."

Some people own homes with solar power on top of roof, do they need to unplug as well?

Lol I think they are mainly getting at our phones, computers and tv's that steal our time.
Life can happen even if you aren't tweeting a selfie to prove it.

nobody can unplug me! :P haha I'm kidding. but nope, I won't be unplugging anything. must have entertainment! :)

My life sucks, the internet is the only thing holding this mess together, so no thanks.

Yeah, I don't think I'll be unplugging anything... unless it creates a fire hazard... it's staying as is. :P

WHAT!? Talking about spiking stuff... I was giving suggestions on how to deal with annoying people... I can think of 2 or 3 on AD right off the top of my head! :ugh:

You're SO bad! :laugh2:That girl's unconscious! LOL Betcha she took Miami grade junk! :P
