Naidia v sp jr and smartlink

Hi

Went to the audi :mad: (I dont like audis) and according to the phonak rep(on the phone I couldnt hear the rep) the buttons on the smartlink sx dont do anything to the fm.(wrong model).

Is this correct? or is the audi taking me for a ride?
 
huh as in they are just for show? lol no the buttons on the FM are FOR the fm system..that is horse sh*t unless you are wording it wrong. There should be 4 buttons on ur smartlink 3 in the front and the on/off button. The 3 are settings so really close range i.e. only the speaker then mid range so speaker and some surrounding noise and then the wider one which picks up the most sounds and speaker as well. Why don't you read the smartlink manual? lol that might help a lot...
 
the fm system works well with my boyfriends mylink.

the audi said that the fm system buttons wouldnt work with the naidia v jr with mx11is
 
thats a load of bull...test it at home. The fm system is made to work with every hearing aid as long as u have receivers it will work. As long as you have the right receivers and you have fm programs set on your HA than it will work.
 
ive found that the buttons on the smartlink that make the display switch from FM to FM+M don't do anything. Then again, i'm glad they don't since the prof has the FM and there's already too many buttons that DO do things for them to screw around with...
just a thought.. im going to make a thread for things we would like to see on the smartlink!
