cool. im not sure why mine came with the tv pack.. so useless! anyway, i'm glad to hear that you are hearing a bit better. I personally just avoid the phone totally rather than pay extra to use my cell (lol.. i like my $10/mo pretty much unlimited txt plan thx!

i have the same problem with localization, except when my directionals turn themselves on.. cause in that case i know its coming from infront of me or else i cant hear it at all!!
the voices part does make sense.. i found the same thing, ppl i know were a bit easier, but new ppl were as difficult as ever.
i'm still trying to get the magnets in a good spot on my landline. seems that whereever i put them i either get feedback or they aren't close enough to activate t-coil. let me know if you figure out a good spot.. id be interested in knowing!
