My sister NEEDS helping

My sister called me about big issue with her father and her self-esteem is very low. She cried and sad many time as possible as cannot get stop. Her father was cussed at her and want fight with her (just almost in fighting) because she lied to her mother about not doing homework, her father has alot of bad pressure and treats her an bad life. She's 14 years old but that's not good for parent to shows cuss word at her and she need helping to solve the issue. I feel bad for her and need helping so bad. Please list below if can help with alot of options.
