I'm HoH in a hearing family. Now I understand the reason why there is a separation between the two worlds. But what I don't understand is why. When a hearing person wants to learn ASL for the own reasons why is a problem? That's how the deaf world gets interpreters but if you all run them away from learning who is going to interpret for us.
Honestly people need to just let stuff go and then continue on with the future to make it better. Everyone hearing, deaf, white, black, fat, skinny, short, tall all just need to let the judgment you have between each other go. I don't like being label but if this segregation between every single world continues I'm always going to be labeled. I'm just a person living on earth that has a lot of experiences.
