My IP Relay application problem

My friend downloaded My IP Relay (the application to my Blackberry device). She went to make a call and it connected to the operator but she couldn't send any messages. Incoming calls went to her SN on the device through AIM and not through the application. Anyone have issues with it? How did you resolve it? Maybe we did something wrong??

If you are talking about private number for incoming calls from My IP Relay then I beileve this feature only work on MSN or AIM or VPs but check your My IP Relay account and see if BB software is listed on it.

The incoming calls for private number from My IP Relay goes to depending what is set in your friend My IP Account on their website.

You arent one. Me too, I have an issue.. thats strange! IP relay need fix fireware and update verison.
 
Yeah. Happened today too. I can seed what the opeator is typing but the operator can't see me! What's up with that? The ENTER button won't submit. I emailed the relay people and they told me there must be something wrong with my ENTER button! Um no. Lol
