My parents have eggs delivered from a farm, they come every week and we buy as well as for and some of the neighbors and friends. They supply the local markets as well. I think eggs are eggs, if the hens are fed right. My wifes ex hubby raises egg layers and we get them from him as well. Only thing is, if they are healthy and fed correctly. I know a few times he had to throw everything out because the hens got sick, its a lot of work. I almost started my own egg layers as well as a couple other small animals for my own food before I sold the house, I may if I get another house with more land. Its fun and rewarding.Yeah there was babies chicks at the one I went to too. I would love to have a couple of chickens to have fresh eggs, they sure a lot better then store brought one.

I haven't gotten any double yolk'ers eggs in years ! I use get them a lot a long time ago. I like deviled eggs too , I was thinking of making some hard boiled eggs tonight . I might just do that !Oberwise still delivers milk, its real creamy too. The egg guy we use, we get the double yolk'ers... they are massive sized eggs ( poor chicks) lol but I love them, especially for tuna salad or deviled eggs ( sorry if any catholics got offended but thats the name of them. ) I like to pickle hard boiled eggs as well, I like the yolks more than the whites. I am actually looking at a couple farms for sale now, wouldnt mind having a small scale farm for myself.
I looks like we don't anything like your in my city , I found another one and you have to order on line , that stinks b/c I bet some elderly people would love to have their milk and eggs delivered to their but they won't have a computer.oh no, these guys. They come to the door ask if you want anything and will sell you 1 or more of anything you want at costs, they dont set a limit or anything. They are from Illinois and travel here to deliver their goods to the major markets... Great people. we have used them the past 15-20 years now.
