Is it worth getting plastic surgery after having kids?

Is it worth getting plastic surgery after having kids?

It depends on what kind of cosmetic surgery it is for.

If it is for a tummy tuck - I don't see why not?

Keep in mind - If you are wanting to have more kids; It'd be best to hold on to that thought until you are at the point of not wanting to have any more kids down the road. :)

Why? To regain a childlike body? My opinion having kids is part of life and it does change you. Not just the body.

I wouldn't want to come near any of those scalpels unless it is necessary! I know that once I'll have my baby, my body is probably going to be different from then on, but I am ready to take that step in my life :D

mostly mothers always getting lose weight after baby born if wanted lose weight whether any pounds after birth month. But mostly mothers wanted still same body back and not get new body back but sometimes does.

i watch jon and kate plus 8 that kate had surgery of tummy tuck when she had twins girls and 6 sexpulets but she not going plans another baby! but Kate decide to stop pregnant but she raise 8 children but she did plans get makeover include clothes and get haircuts also after twins and sexuplets that why.But Kate show her old tummy before surgery but its so embrassment but she making decide to get surgery ASAP i understand her explains after baby because she had c-sections with twins and sexuplets also and she still proud slim but she told books about that.

*sighs* I would if I can get tummy tuck.... I miss my flat smooth stomach... right now my stomach is little bump with stretch marks scars on it... ah I miss my old flat stomach. I would totally get tummy tuck if I could afford it but sadly I can't. :(

What mother for?

Mostly Mothers really need tummy tuck or liposuction their belly and leg or else.. make feel looks younger and self esteem too.

I'm not alone.. and wanted have liposuction but extreme expensive cost for this simple ones? Guess what, I cannot afford for liposuction. :(

Leaving your body alone will help improve the pregnancy in the future.

Getting surgery will make it worse if you ever have more kids.

For me, exercise is better and eat healthy, small portion of food.

my mom after having my brother and i and losing 150 pounds..she has thyroid probs she got a tummy tuck and boobs since she lost so much weight she's 42 so no more kids for her lol

I didn't HAVE Adam but I'd LOVE a mommy make over... i don't have the time I used to have to focus on ME anymore, working out- etc.~~ I tell ya I did buy new clothes, got the new hair cut, etc.. recently and that helped my self esteem-- although I'd go for the 'pre-pre-baby body' any day- (I thought you lost weight after the baby came home from the hospital?? I found it!!!) LOL

Try to do work out more often FIRST. you will be able to see how body change and better. I strongly suggest you guys to wait till over 40 or 50 years old to see if you still need surgery in order to feeling any discomfortable purpose only.

Plastic surgery just ain't for me, I love myself how I am. Sure my stretchmarks show in a bikini, and my insy is now an outsy, some loose skin on my once flat belly.....I am proud of my body, and confident....I am 42 and beautiful just the way I am. I take good care of myself, I have a wholistic approach to my health, I eat whole organic foods and exercise, I have a b/f who worships me and I have more confidence now than I did when I was perfect body and 18....so I am flipping the bird to materialistic and consumer driven ego-fed society who says I need to have surgery to feel better about myself. I am woman!

The one thing for sure is that even after having 3 kids I weighed 95lbs the day I got married 3 years ago. I gained 30 pounds during that time. I don't think the kids gave me the weight...lol however they gave me the stretch marks, that I am proud of b/c it is what I have left to show for my hard work in carrying my children for 9 months..hehehe anyways after being put down for 3 years about the weight gain I want to be skinny again. But now I'm fixing to hit 30 and I think it might be out of my hands...

30, you are a spring chicken love! Be clear in your goal and intent and just do it!

Sometimes surgeries can go wrong so why gamble it? I've seen on t.v. that people go for plastic surgeries look awful afterward or even death. Like Maria says, just exercise and eat right. Ofc, there will be some flabs or stretch marks, but live with it. It's your call. :)

bajagal, just join the gym and drink water instead of alcohol. Just do the 2 things here, this will bring noticable differences but it wont be overnight. A hint will be worth mentioning, if you're feeling down instead of heading to the bar, go to the gym. It's a great stress reliever and you'd be rewarded with firmer and more energetic old self eventually within six months you'd look back and say wow i feel more alive, I betcha.

I want to get breasts surgery! I don't like those size and looks. My boobs look so different after having 1st kid.
