Mom should be held accountable and charged as accessory to murder!

Not sure why they are charging the 8 year old. It's doesn't make any sense.
 
I'm wonder about what kind of punishment that 8 yeas old receive after conviction? Sentence to juvenile detention center until 19?

FYI, the adult age in Alabama is 19.
 
If the mother was aware that her 8 yo son has any kind of emotional
issues or was very jealous of his 1 yo sister this to me the same as leaving a loading gun on the kitchen table . Has people gone insane charging a 8 yo child with murder . I do have saw the mother looks like she has some emotional issues , I wonder if DCF ever been to the house before. What a tragic story ,a baby dead and a child being called a murder all b/c a stupid bitch wanted to get drunk !
 
8yr old to much responsibility over length of time and the child at end of his limit even having a nervouse breakdown it do happen.Hopfully he in the right place to be child at last.
I think law same in states as it is most of world a woman can't be accuse of murder within year and a day of infant death.
The other parent not much better
 
Makes you wonder where the boy learned that the response to a baby's cry is beating? He was probably copying behavior that he had observed being modeled by the two mothers. :hmm:

It is possible, hence why 8 yrs old boy shouldn't be charged in the first place. I don't see how it could be fault at that boy.

This is why I am wondering if the if DCF ever been to the house before,
that woman in the photo sure looks like she has a temper . The boy could had been abused and had a lot rage in him and snapped when the baby won't stop crying . A 8 yo child should be in their bed sleeping at
11 PM not baby sitting kids . I bet there is a lot of stuff that went on in the house we don't know about. This is so heartbreaking there been too many tragic stories about abused and neglect children on the news lately . :(
 
She (mother) claimed she hired somebody watching their kids, okay who are they and where are they? Why arent they arrested? I think its complete lie.
