If the mother is healthy I see nothing wrong with her selling her milk to someone that may need it.
Why waste the good stuff!! Especially, when it is cheaper and better for babies than formula.

If I couldn't produce breast milk, I wouldn't be afraid to ask my sisters to produce their breast milk for their niece/nephew. They can easily produce it by taking a certain vitamin for a month.

It also contains cellular matter that is unique to her own genetics (immune, antibodies, etc). One safety consideration is whether it can coagulate when consumed by an unrelated baby in a similar manner like matching blood type?
