MO man convicted of robbery seeks release after leading productive life

Without full information about crime itself, I don't know what is best step state needs to take. He proved himself he learned lesson, but again how bad the crime was? If he faked that he has firearms, and hurt nobody, then maybe long term probation be sufficient.

Remember, it is costing money to punish him than to let him remain productivity citizen and have them pay taxes. I personally believe everybody deserves second chance if they can prove that they aren't going re-commit any crime. And don't forget that prison is full right now.

Remember, he was told that he will be instructed when and how to get to prison. HE was under that order the whole time, meaning he is technically serving government time but government failed to lift their own finger on him... whose fault is it?

if he go prison what happens to his children...I think they should drop it now

from what I can read (big advert keeps popping up over article,)the right thing has been done

If you want to read the first link, all you have to do to get rid of the big advert is click on the X that is in a circle at the upper right of the popup.

I was told by a few people it's best not to click on any popups it could be a spam and everyone know how to get rid of a popup . Some people just do not to take a risk clicking on it.

Clicking on the X to close it won't hurt anything- clicking on the actual advert might be worse. Really nasty ones you can't even close anyway (been there done that...eek). But most ads on news sites are pretty harmless.

Pretty harmless? I don't believe that! They do put in malware and wait a while later, then you blame somebody else for this where it really came from advertisers. I already noticed. Sorry to be blunt!

Glad that they dropped the charges.
