missed calls on vp

HI, I am wondering if this have happened to you. Here goes!!! I have receieved a call but I missed them and it is not on the missed calls list that I do have sorenson. Get my drift!!

I was told by my friend and the person told me that she/he did call me at the certain time but I didnt answer the call and I didnt know about it til she/he cal me back and I was told about it. I checked to see if the person name was on my missed call but it not.

What can cause that and how can I fix that? Thanks you for your time. :hug:
 
Aw you're not alone sweetie, I've missed prenty, it's hard to know if someone's calling when there's no flash to let us know...
 
Try to turn ur Sorenson VP off then turn it on again to see if missed calls list show up. I did it before.
 
Done and have been taken care of. Yea you gotta turn off the vp and wait for a few minutes then turn it back on. It works. :D

Good for you. I've done that procedures many times, and it works.

you need to unblock the "do not call" button on your VP....Do you have VP100?

You mean VP-200. The VP-100 does not have this feature.

On the VP-100 main menu, go down to "Privacy" (last button) and click it. You will see "Do Not Disturb" - if it's checked, your phone will never ring because you don't want to be disturbed.
