Yeah, I do hope she gets her reedemption and much more back. I can see she is a fighter. God Bless Her !!!!! She should have been the rightful winner and the judges argued over petty issues and did not realize they were hurting her really bad in the process and she really deserves to win. :angel:
 
Unbelievable! My heart goes out to her...She didn't deserved to be treated like this! She sure looks beautiful and I'm proud of her standing up for herself!

I watched the video and didn't understand it too well, could someone summarize it in text here? She said something about her boyfriend, been with her boyfriend too long? I am not sure I understood right.
 
Ouch! That gotta hurt. MDAP organization sucks. I hope she get her redemptions.

From I understand, the board were complaining that she has been hugged her boyfriend too long/too often. She explained that she has been with him for three years.
 
The reasons she was dqed: 3 mins late to her hotel room, hugged her bf too long, went on frequent bathroom/water, been using pagers too often (it was her chaperone), and she was using her talent of ukraine dance. Those were the reasons she was dqed.

i think they did wronged her and they should apologize to her..

NO one saw her? yet they said she is 3 mins late?? where is proof?? i dont believe that.. but whatever to them.. i just hope she will get her redemptions for that..

Yes, I agree, that was unfair of them to do that to her. Three minutes late? WTF? Come on!

Going to the bathroom too often? WTF! Some people HAVE to go to the bathroom often. I, myself, HAVE to. I cannot hold it. And you are not supposed to hold it anyway, it can cause damage!

Using pagers too often? Come on. That's just stupid. It was her chaperone that was using the pager.

Hugging her boyfriend too long and too often...WTF is wrong with that? Isn't that what you are supposed to do in a relationship, hug? I do it with my boyfriend! Hugging isn't sexual in nature. And it does not matter how long she has been with her boyfriend...there is nothing wrong with hugging him!

I never really liked NAD or Jr.NAD...but after reading and seeing the video...FUCK NAD AND Jr. NAD...they mean nothing to me.

It either has to be a fix, or NAD just doesn't like her and was looking for reasons to disqualify her.
 
I had considered membership to NAD and I have heard so many different things, the good, the bad and the ugly. I thought that the good outweighed all the negative press NAD has been getting lately but this is taking it too far. I am going to have to re-consider my membership card not because of Miss New Jersey but because of so many things that NAD has done to undermine leadership there and if I was the leader of NAD. There would be no b.s. pulled and commonsense with plenty of room for flexiblity. My lawyers would be very aggressive and ruthless in going after the big companies that try to destroy the Deaf men's right to work as Men and the women would properly be represented. Miss Deaf America would have been run soley on qualifaction amongst another thing with absoutely no petty b.s. feuds. I mean NAD will get back its reputation as a honorable Deaf organization that is to not be messed with. There will be victory after victories. NAD would be a very aggressive, effective and a very hard hitting Deaf organization for all Deaf people and their families, those who work with the Deaf community. NAD will be respected period.

i agree with you.. holding it in can cause damages.. look at me.. my right kidney is failing.. and i always get bladder infections cuz i hold it in too long.. dr said no more .. if u have to go- GO now.. so now?? much better.. no more infections?? now i learned not to hold it in and go.. so i dont see why they cant go to bathroom often?? some people do have plms? duh at them! jeez..

yeah i agree hugging is nothing wrong.. its not sexual? not like they r making out?? come on..

i think it was fixed.. looking for ways to disaqualifed her due all that but its LOUSY ways to do that.. sigh.. poor Miss New Jersey!

There is more to the story than meets the eye. The judges had a very intense petty squabble going on there at the expense of Miss New Jersey which was not really right nor fair to her at all.
