I have been wondering what are the symptoms for meniers diagnosis. I know I had a brain injury 4 years ago. But my hearing is changing so fast. I have vertigo 3-5 times a week, off balance at least once a day, dizziness while sitting, and I get nauseousness. I don't want to look to far into it but my doctor doesn't ask things like this since he knows I had the injury.

just make sure doc checks you for diplopia...you have google it but many people have that and been told meniers,i have both...doc says if have operation many of the meniers symptoms will go,i do hope so

I've looked into that before and I've never had double vision. The dizziness is just straight dizziness and the only issue with my eyes will be they won't focus forward but I won't see double.

are you 100%sure bc mine don't focus but i have both and they merge into each other hense so many falls.the meniors makes me feel sick and faint but true meniors people often only have one or two turns in a lifetime..the vertigo very different my balance go and it can wake me up at night laying down still lose balance i think that the meniors bit, same as you due to head injury

My falls are due to head rushes from the dizziness and balance combination. I am going to the doctor on the 3rd and will ask about it because I've been misdiagnose before with migraines and for out I have occipital neuralgia.

And when I say falls I normally fall into a wall or at least try to so I won't hit my head again.

horrible falling i have no control bc of diplopia if i put weight on left side of body as if turning around or nipping down stairs if i don't think i fall over..easy test stand up cross arms over chest cross legs then reverse legs and arms crossed if you unable keep balance on one side or other then it brain or eye problem.i went eye doc two weeks ago for dry eyes he did that test told me diplopia due to very small stroke behind optic nerve..I was well pi88ed off i only went there for tube eye cream now waiting for mri and operation

Wow that's a lot. I'm going to do that when I get home. But I resent got my free eye exam for my my birthday and the didn't say anything was wrong. I have 15/17 vision which I didn't no is possible.

A few things that you could try:

(1) A chiropractor adjusts your neck especially a vertebrae C1.

(2) Craniosacral Therapist (make sure it is included your mouth) and massage.

(3) http://www.nativeremedies.com/products/vertifree-relieves-dizziness.html#.VJ4Ene-9-tU.mailto or other homeopathic medicines.

(4) http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/liberatory-maneuvers-for-vertigo-semont-maneuver

(5) Hearing aid volume might be an issue - too loud when turning your hearing aid on as a very loud beep.

(6) Check your full blood work if you have some deficiency nutrients.

(7) Too much fluid in your canal ear - unfortunately maybe number #4 above.

(8) Maybe not enough sleep - it should be a least 8 hours of sleep.

(9) If a ringing ear - unknown reason maybe from high microwave towers.

(10) sinus infection or nasal polyps.

Is the vertigo episodes don't stop soon should I go to the ER. I have had bad symptoms the last 3 days. I feel sick to my stomach.

Oh boy. That is very difficult for me what to answer to your problem. Perhaps, you might have some food allergies. Beside, the only way for you is to find out from your chiropractor. I have some buzz sounds in my ears for three months. I had a terrible dizzy and was in the ER, and my doctors do not know the answer. I had a CAT scan and came out nothing wrong with my brain. After that, I had my neck adjustment from my chiropractor, craniosacral, and even my Boiron Gelsemium sempervirens 30c (homeopathic pills). This made me feel better like 95 percent better. My problem is that there is a new radio tower that has three large white dishes that toward to my house in 1/3 miles away. That's not good. My hearing mother only has a problem with the buzz sound in her ears. I believe that the radio towers and powerful WiFi are bad for everyone's health.

You might want to try to tab your back ears with your fingers somehow to reduce the sound noise.

I see a chiropractor for my back already. I've had tinnitus for years.
