Memorial Day plans, anyone?

It will be a lonnnng weekend off for us as we will be off from work tomorrow afternoon till June 1st!..we plan to finish up our painting..last weekend we finished putting deck stain on our deck and it took us nearly all day..whew but it was worth it, it is so pretty now! then we gotta paint our back porch probably in green that will match the wishing well (i painted that 2 weeks ago and looks great!) then paint the two metal lawn chairs in same color...whoa, lots of painting but they needed it bad..probably will go to Lake Tenkiller on Sat and go camping/fishing..yaayy!!
So tell us your plans and if you go anywhere, please drive carefully as there will be lots of travelers on the road in spite of high gas prices, it wont stop people from going on trips..
so want to say....HAPPY HOLIDAY AND REMEMBER THE FALLEN SOLDIERS AND PRAY FOR THOSE STILL IN IRAQ!
 
me study for my CDI testing and plus do some work around the house as needed, Sigh dad's sick again and so im taking the load on me for house cleaning and repairing things hes got a dr appt at 4 so we'll see. sigh..

and then getting stuff ready for june im gonna be pretty busy as well :)
 
Going down to Moab with my boyfriend and do a lot of hiking and sightseeing! We'll leave early on Friday and come back on Monday evening/night. Plans include camping, water rafting, hiking, visiting Arches National Park, perhaps going to see Monument Valley and some other areas if time permits. I am so excited!

WHOA kootchie! im behnd! i didn t know u were now taken again :) and have ALOT of fun happy sightseeing :) heh

Did you try to PM him? if so, maybe he is away from the computer so wait till he gets back on the comp., ok?

MizzDeaf and i origionally planned to go camping but it doesnt look like we would -- VERY wet weather is preventing that :o
 
i will be alone this weekend cuz of my parent will go to miss for TUNICA again!!! my mom won $1,300.00 so they go there this weekend again... so i am planning go over my friend's house and cook out and swimming too!!! hehehe!!!

I have Sunday and Monday off. This is a rarity. I never get 2 days off in a row because thats the way I like it. I dont know what we'll do though. *shrugs* stay home and clean, or stuff. :P
 
Hopefully I’m going to the Renaissance Pleasure Faire in San Bernadino either Sunday or Monday. I went last Sunday, but we didn’t have time to see everything—it’s HUGE. So we’re going to try get a few people together and go back out there and see the rest.

(drooling) I wud love to have the ribs that you are so famous for making BBQ for, Cheri!! One of those days, I shall taste them! mmmmmmmmm!!!

Well, I told Fly Free that we can go during the day instead of camping.. Pray weather do well for us! :lol: Maybe go to Omni and Indian museum on other day of weekend. I am off on Firday and Monday, too. :)
 
The Family and I are going to be starting to move in some more stuff in our new cabin.. We have to take out the docks and the boats, then we need to clean up after the conruction left. Lazy..
Mostly clean up.. :-(
Saturday nite, I might be with my BF, and maybe go to the movies or something..
Sun, Sleep in.. Monday, sleep in. :)
