Melissa Rivers to sue doctor who performed biopsy on Joan Rivers

I am not surprise about this at all , this was the first I thought of when Joan dies, that there is going to be a lawsuit.

It really has not been that long , the family have to still be grieving and some Jewish people sit Shiva which is 7 days . My mom did this when my dad dies I was working and did not want to take off that long.
