Mazda Recalling cars - Spiders damage

I just heard something on the news about this but I was washing dishes and only got something about spiders and cars. Wow, that is really weird.

I am not surprised, I found one spider nest inside the vent hose of 2002 Nissan Sentra after the smoke detector won't vent out of the end of the hose near the EVAP canister when command voltage applied to the vent valve solenoid ( I did bench test on that twice), I decide to disconnect vent hose from solenoid, the smoke came out, then lead me to check the hose, found fresh nest and spider inside. I spray it with brake cleaner and blow it with compressed air, reconnect to vent valve solenoid that fixed EVAP code.

I believe this Mazda 6s are not alone, many other vehicles w/OBDII, have similar because the vent hoses doesn't have screen or mesh filter, allow the spiders to settle inside the hoses.
