Hello!
My name is Brooke. About a year ago, I became really interested in Deaf culture when I met one of my parent's friends who is Deaf. Ever since then I've been taking a lot of classes so that I could become more fluent in the language and culture. I've been going to Deaf events a lot recently as well and I absolutely love it! The people there are so welcoming and willing to let you in on their lives and teach you more about ASL at the same time. It's so welcoming which is extremely different than how I feel at hearing gatherings (well, at least to the ones I go to). I simply love to people and would love to get to know more of you!
