It's hard to stop a .50 BMG, let alone make it do a 180.
Event if it is a .416 version, that was an unusual scenario... that guy was quite unlucky! (well, lucky he didn't get hit, but unlucky that it was able to bounce straight back like that)

it happens all the time. bouncing back directly where it was fired from was pretty extraordinary rare.
