The guy was from South America or Mexico. He was just diving under the water and barely touch her. I don't know. There is a need to have proof if there is video camera showing what was going on in the swimming pool. I do hope the 11 years old girl was telling the truth but sometimes with the confusion, it is hard to know if that is what happen or not.
That is true that a mother or family members are never safe anywhere including the homes. There are risks every where. Just going to have to be caution, I guess.
