Man accused of assaulting girl in public pool

It's not even safe to bring your child to a public pool anymore you have to watch your child every minute . :(
 
Well, we dont know much...other then he dived into the water and "sexually assulted" the girl..but the girl was unharmed..
So what ever that may mean, who knows..
There should be cameras all over a public pool,anyway..his bond is not that high..
As for it not being save anymore..
The world has never been safe. Safety is up to you..the world since we have bewn in the csves has been crawling with anamals
Act accordingly.
 
The guy was from South America or Mexico. He was just diving under the water and barely touch her. I don't know. There is a need to have proof if there is video camera showing what was going on in the swimming pool. I do hope the 11 years old girl was telling the truth but sometimes with the confusion, it is hard to know if that is what happen or not.

That is true that a mother or family members are never safe anywhere including the homes. There are risks every where. Just going to have to be caution, I guess. :(
 
three grand not much bail.i just wonder how many times it happened to women of my age and we to innocent,stupid or parents were aware either refuse to accept it or know in them days no one listen to a child.Thank god days have changed but be careful of witch

parents ARE supposed to watch their children every minute (no... EVERY SECOND) anyway especially at public pool....

it's not the pedo I'm really concerned about... kids just get drowned so easily... like me

Same here, I almost got drowned when I was 6 years old.
