Maybe because "kids" over 18 are legally adults. That puts them into another category for medical services.
 
I believe it will only applies to students with seizure and cancer.
 
If it for medical reasons what's problem..be kids on medication that very dangerous but that not a problem so why should medical cannibis be

Yeah , it's medial pot so kids aren't going to be passing a joint around during class .

@ caz , I didn't say there was any problem , I was wondering why kids 18 yo won't be allowed to get this and Reba answered my question.
