Hi All: I am confused & need assistance! I am a new 1st time user of a hearing aid.
I obtained my Lotus 23p from a supplier in India. The online adds indicate 3 trimmers: NH/MPO/G; however, my unit has only two: NH and MPO. Are adjustments the same regardless? I have really just hi freq impairment.
Further add indicates two "functions": M/T/MT. Please define functions! When I press the button, I hear sequentially either one or two beeps. I presume that it was a on/off switch, but after hearing the two beeps, my aid can pick up 60 cycle hum as I get close to some electronic stuff!
Vol rocker works fine, and am happy with unit, just want to use it effectively & accurately.
