I weighted about 203 now. I want to know how to do workout in right way. I don't hope to get ABS. I want to lose my belly, hips, and upper body fat parts. I wonder if it is possible to lose some ass fat? Once you post on how I lose them in right way, tell me how much weight I will lose in two and half months?
