Hi, my name is Kayla and I was implanted with the cochlear implant in 1999 at UNC in North Carolina. Since then, I haven't ever been able to upgrade, due to Medicaid not covering hearing related things where I live now. Advanced Bionics does not make batteries for the processor I wear anymore. Might be a long shot but does anyone have any batteries or parts for a Platinum Series BTE that they aren't using anymore? Any help is greatly appreciated!
