CTC is currently working with the Special Ed System in the Philippines. Our present project is supplying computers for classes teaching deaf children (check out No Child Left Off-Line | Another project of California Technological Care).
We are trying to locate "online" High Schools who offer a diploma program deaf students could use. Many of these children live in rural communities far for any on campus high schools they would be able to attend for the deaf. Even though the high school may be free, they still would have to pay for lodging, meals and transportation. Their families simply cannot afford it.
Any help in pointing me in the direction of finding any of these schools would be greatly appreciated not only by me but the children as well.
