Looking for help with French deaf culture

Helo everyone,

I am a senior at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ (USA) and enrolled in a second year SL class. As an assignment my team (all 4 of us are hearing students) need to research deaf culture in France. Can anyone lead me to a source that would allow us to access key informaion about French deaf culture? Like, do they have access to TTY, text messaging, closed captioned movies, ect. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.

I will move area from SF to PHX, so I am enrolling at Community College PHX in January 2008. I am big curious about PHX :)
anyway, I like help you, but I live not in Germany right now, when I am going here in CA about in 2 month ago. Next year will one special Program for deaf festival in Reims, close to Paris. If you are interested...
