Alex has been helping me plan a deaf event for my sister's 30th birthday. Im probabaly going to buy drink tickets to give to all the deaf people who attend or at least pay for food.
Its going to be April 1st which is a Saturday and open to all who can attend. We're probably going to do it at the Library in Farmingdale.
My question is, what time would most people start a deaf event at a bar?
