Hello everyone,
My name is Lucy Yun and I'm a design student in a team as part of a UX/UI design school. We're conducting independent research on a new project on medical treatment and healthcare experiences for the deaf or hard-of-hearing, and we'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences on visiting hospitals or health clinics.
Such as, how does making hospital appointments go? Were there any inconveniences or frustrations in the process of visiting the hospital, visiting the doctor's office, or paying for the treatment? What were some unexpected situations as a deaf or hard-of-hearing patient?
This would really help us gain valuable insight upon what deaf or hard-of-hearing patients find difficult in general healthcare experience, and give us a clear understanding of what our design objective will be in our upcoming UX design project.
