Lip Reading (Speech Reading)Programs

Does anyone know of any Lip Reading or (Speech Reading) Courses that are available using your computer and DVDs?
I've found one at lipreading.com, but that's about it.
My family seems to think I should take Speech Reading lessons until I find out whether or not I'll be getting a CI. There are no local classes.

I am a natural lip reader cuz I have severe/profound loss Im my opinion, if you have severe to profound loss then don't waste your time for speech reading courses and directly go for CI process .

I learned how to speech read when I received my hearing aids. I am not aware of any programs.
