Linking Sociology with the Gallaudet protests

Maybe, I will ask my Sociology professor if I can do an extra credit paper linking sociology with the Gallaudet protests. He (my professor) will probably say "yes" if I can prove that they can be linked. Any suggestions on how these two can be linked together? :ty: Have :fingersx: that he says "yes".

The two can be linked through the theory of symbolic interactionism.
