We didn't stop gay people from having s^x in San Francisco....
and certainly gay marriage and having gay tv network still won't make life better.

Liberace, Elton John, and Rock Hudson are still cool, but hey still nothing change.

I don't understand why they hide in the closet in the first place, and see people don't care if you come out....

Still the same ole boring USA. The only problem gay people have is the boring s^x toys and tearing of the rear ends.

 Ms P ur $#^%#(*&)(_)()_(*&^%^$#*& im not going to repeat myself.. just leave the peopel alone and be urself stop worry abt the bs thanks

I was just trying to make a point, gay marriage and having gay tv network aren't the same as the Blacks struggling for rights...

It just said that white people in the past brought the Africans
here, and refused to give them rights....

We blacks didn't ask to be here... And why I wanna go
to Africa, when I don't have the money to go and live there.
I wish Africa is the better place to live,, but sheesh, I am reading
women are being brutal rape in Congo.

Oh well...

And Memphis is thinking about closing down one of the
Black American museums, because nobody goes there. :(

Miss P, I'm curious are you black?

Miss P, the civil rights struggle is simalir b/c the government denied blacks rights and discriminated agaisnt them in the past, just the same as they are doing now to GLB folks.
Coming out of the closet....HELL that is LIBERATING!!!!! It's fun to joke around with friends about stuff like that, and it's incredibly freeing to be able to talk to your friends about your relationship with loved ones!

Agreed!

Yeah but Black and White can marry each other, but
I don't see many black and white relationships on t.v.
I haven't seen a black man marrying a white woman on t.v.
especially soap opera.

USA will always be the same...
White straight people will be the majority in USA always, and
they won't watch or won't talk about gay or interracial relationship with
anybody....
Tv and commerical depends on majority of white straight conservative people.

Miss P... There is a gay couple on a TV show called "Six Feet Under" where there is one man who is white and his bf is black.

There is a movie where Syndey Porter played as a black husband for this white woman.

I'm sure there are other shows that there are interracial couples, I just don't think about it when I see it.

yeah I saw gay couples on All My Children one time, but then
they broke up, and they became straight again.
And gay couples in the "Soaps" comedy show,
Billy Crystal played a gay man.
