Lesbian tv producer loses custody of her biological child daughter due judge ruled

The woman who got custody was also legally through adoption the parent of the child.
 
That just means biological parents should not allow non relatives to adopt their child.
 
this links with another thread gays church weddings same rights as non gay which is right they must have full rights but things like this comes with it.my humble opinion the three of them should all have joint custody...the child in therapy not good start to young life

Maybe the three having joint custody to begin with is why the child was in therapy. I know I would have needed it if I grew up with two moms and a dad.

No child should ever have to experience that. And, I will just go ahead and say it - anyone who thinks that is a healthy environment is very, very, very stupid.

i realised that after posted it,It unhealthy situation for this little tot.but that law of your country that is for the voter to sort out...i think it appauling and none of them should have child
 
Not surprised, I'm very much support of gay parenting but for divorce so I believe it should be split custody.
