The audiogram is bog standard, at the start of assessments they would need to check the levels of hearing unaided then aided. Perhaps test with different HA's. They also test on BKB (sentences without lipreading) and CUNY test (sentences of unexpessive man with voice/lipreading, and without HA just lipreading, this shows how much we can hear with HA before going any further with assessments.
ABR/OTE/ scans comes afterwards.
This how my centre process, so yours may be different.
