In another thread I posted that I was going to be able to have Jumpstyle Class soon. So my first Jumpstyle Dance Class was today! Wooza... love it! I am already addicted... it takes some time learning all those kicks but it's amazing the energy you have to put into it! I was sweating like hell after one hour... totally dead beat!

Anyway... just wanted to share it with you for those who don't know :giggle:

I know it might be WTF? for some of you, but I truly get the kick out of it!!!! :roll: Yep I'm weird like that...

I tried to find my favorite song on youtube we used today, here it is! Enjoy!

Well, the jumping does seem a bit random... but who wants to spend all night jumping? ;)
