i'm not sure if that was already mentioned, but here goes anyway
John Q is already out on DVD, and it's played by Denzel Washington (one of my favorite actors) and it is possibly one of the best movies of the 21st century in history...why? because it's true that more than 50 million americans has no health insurance, no health policy, medical attention, etc... and Washington, as the father of a 10 year old son, who has an heart infection, needs an transplant surgery for a new heart and it cost over $75,000... John has already paid 60,000 to the hospital but hopital is already releasing his son because there isn't much to do and they haven't paid much on time, but that's not their fault. They aren't even the richest family alive...they both worked hard to death to earn plenty of cash, and sell half of everything from home and even sold their family car, and their friends helped them recieve money, but still isn't enough and the hospital won't listen to them and released their son anyway. His wife was really upset and told John on the phone to do "something" and he did. He pulled a threat at a different hospital where one of the surgeons worked with the transplant was threatened to help his son or else he would be shot to death. I'm not going to tell the rest of it anyway...it's really good and you should rent this movie sometime.
It wouldn't be a great movie without Denzel Washington, one of the greatest actors ever known. I highly recommend you to watch the video sometime
